Camera Policy & Privacy Statement of B&B Sogni d’oro
In accordance with the Belgian Camera Act (Act of 21 March 2007) and the GDPR, we inform our guests and visitors that our entrance area and driveway are monitored by a clearly visible video intercom and camera.
- Controller: Sogni d’oro.
- Purpose of processing: Protection of property, safety of our guests, and theft prevention (vehicles on the driveway).
- Retention period: The camera images are stored safely and locally on our recorder for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are automatically overwritten.
- Rights of the visitor: You have the right to access your images. For questions or requests, you can contact us via: info.sognidoro@telenet.be.
- Declaration: This installation is officially registered with the Belgian police services via aangiftecamera.be.
